Terms & Conditions (Service Agreement)
2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any Icaro service, you ("Client" or "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.2 Scope of Services

Provision of licensed online psychometric instruments via third‑party platforms.

A confidential strengths‑discovery session (video or in‑person).

For enterprise or Admissions Consulting Clients: a Comprehensive Synthesis Report providing aggregated insights and actionable recommendations.
2.3 Eligibility & Account Security

You warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have obtained parental consent where required) and will not share assessment links, reports, or session recordings with unauthorised parties.
2.4 Fees & Payment

All fees are quoted in INR (₹) or USD and are exclusive of GST/VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or Razorpay. Full payment is due at checkout or as per an executed Service Order.
2.5 Intellectual Property

All test content is owned by the respective publishers. Icaro licences the right to administer these tests to you. Reports, proprietary dashboards and synthesis documents are copyright ©â€¯Icaro Insights and may not be reproduced without written permission.
2.6 Confidentiality

We and you shall each keep confidential all assessment data, coaching discussions and deliverables, unless disclosure is required by law.
2.7 Professional & Medical Disclaimer

Icaro’s assessments and sessions provide developmental insights and are not clinical diagnoses, medical advice or mental‑health treatment. Always seek a qualified clinician for therapeutic needs.
2.8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
2.9 Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, outstanding fees become due; unused links lapse; data retention follows §1.7.
2.10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing which, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996, seat Mumbai, language English.
