Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML & ARIA: Pages are built with proper landmarks and labels for screen-reader navigation.

  • Keyboard Access: All interactive elements (navigation menus, forms, payment widgets) can be reached and used without a mouse.

  • Consistent Colour & Contrast: Text-to-background contrast meets or surpasses WCAG 2.1 AA (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text).

  • Responsive Design: Layouts re-flow cleanly on mobile, tablet and desktop, and support pinch-zoom up to 300 %.

  • Alt Text & Captions: Informative images include alt attributes; video content includes transcripts or captions.

  • Error Prevention: Forms provide clear instructions, validation cues and accessible error messages.

  • Document Accessibility: Client reports are generated in tagged PDF/UA format for assistive technology compatibility.

Scope & Third-Party Platforms

After purchase, assessment links redirect users to secure portals operated by publishers such as Gallup®, Pearson or PAR. These platforms maintain their own accessibility programmes. If you encounter barriers on any external test site, contact us (details below) and we will liaise with the publisher or arrange an equivalent accommodation.
