Shipping & Delivery Policy (Digital Services)

1. Assessment Links: Sent via e‑mail from noreply@icaroinsights.com within 12 business hours of payment confirmation.

   If you have not received the link within this timeframe, check spam/junk folders and then contact support.

2. Coaching Session Scheduling: Upon completion of the final assessment, Clients receive an online calendar invitation to select a suitable slot, typically within 5‑10 business days.

3. Reports: Instant automated reports are available immediately after completing each test. Comprehensive Synthesis Reports (enterprise clients) are delivered within 10 business days after all participants finish.

4. No Physical Shipment: All products are delivered digitally; therefore, no shipping charges or international duties apply.

5. Service‑Delivery Failure: If technical issues on our side prevent access for >24 hours, we will (a) extend the test window or (b) offer a full refund at your option.
